I think it will take a while for you to achieve 400 edits... so I recommend that a global renamer close this request, and once you meet the requirements, you should request again for usurpation. According to the usurpation policy, the name, Shmurak, is eligible for usurpation... so I bet once you meet the requirements and request for usurpation, it should be able to go through.
